Everdry did an amazing job on my basement. The crew that came here was so professional, polite, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. The forman Robert explained everything at the beginning , answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything when they were finished. I am happy and relieved this is finished and I feel safe knowing my basement is garenteed for the life of my home. Thank you again!!
The crew that was assigned to our project is amazing. I am now retired industrial engineer and machinist, spent my career in machine shops and around machine tools. I know what hard work is and this team should be in the dictionary as the definition for hard workers, professional and quality control. The company checks in daily to verify work is going as expected and the crew chief is responsive. Yes, the crew chief was always immediately available for questions and answers. I am still trying to wrap my head around what this crew accomplished in 3 days. A huge burden of worrying what the next big rain will bring to our basement, is gone! Thank you Everdry, Robert and his team!
I just had the Everdry crew transform my damp, musty basement into a place I intend to turn into my art studio. They did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Chris was the Forman and he kept me informed about everything they were doing. They were here by 7:30 each morning and finished the job in less than 2 days! They also did a thorough clean up and even hosed down my driveway. I highly recommend you call this company if you are in need of basement waterproofing. Jim

Our experience with EverDry was positive and professional from the initial meeting to getting the work completed. They completed a full installation of drain system and sump pump as well as external foundation drainage. The customer service was excellent and the team who performed the work was diligent and completed the work on time. Our foreman, Chris, was very approachable and answered all our questions.
Very easy to take over the warranty that came with my new home. Jonisha was super friendly and explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. She was very good at helping set up the initial meeting to discuss what taking over the warranty meant and what was in the house. Overall a great experience I'm confident that if anything were to happen Everdry would handle everything quickly and professionally.
We used Everdry for a old basement in Mason many many years ago. They have always been professional and quick to respond. In the last few weeks we needed them again. A supervisor ended up coming out and handling the pump. My mother is 83 years old and he was very gentle. Put in a temp pump. Also roped off the sidewalk due to the pipe needing to get to the outside drain. Kept me (the daughter) in the loop at all times. Then we got hit with the crazy snow storm Jan 25. Yesterday 1/8/25 you could not get to the outdoor steps and snow 9-10 inches deep. No other way to shelter. I assumed we would have to wait until they could get to it. Nope, I was amazed they handled it all in way below freezing temps. THUMBS UP to Everdry! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also the gals I have dealt with on the phone have also been very friendly and returned calls quickly.

The previous owners purchased the service on October 28th 1995, We moved in 2003 and we have not have any issues whatsoever. We don't have to worry about our home getting water damage and that is a great feeling. I do believe their Quality is what sells the service and product. Based on our experience We would recommend Everdry Waterproofing to anyone. Great company, great service excellent value.

Value is usually defined as benefit for the cost- and that certainly merits a 5 star rating since Everdry corrected a problem in my mother's home well over ten years ago, promptly, neatly, and as contracted. However, as the executor of her estate, I'd add service after the sale to the 5 stars. Everdry's personnel- specifically Amanda J. and Herb- were unfailingly helpful in all aspects of communication, documentation, and commitment to the transferable lifetime warranty needed by prospective buyers. Still-all these years later- the house is dry as a bone.
